Trying to Automate a Complicated Sequence-- Any suggestions

Our first game is next week, and I am trying to stream line things.
We have a vmix OP, but we are using Video Delay as a replay.
When there is a good play. we need to do the following:
1) Initiate save of delay to list
2) advance video list to last item (some saved delays may not have been used)
3) Put list video in preview
4) Initiate stinger transition
To complicate things, the announcers are going to be the ones doing this.... so I need this to be simple-- Oh and I don't have scripts.
What would you do that would be the fewest keystrokes? Any way to have all this happen with one keystroke?
