For both Stream, Record and External, there is a "toggle" shortcut function for start and stop.
(StartStopStreaming; StartStopRecording, StartStopExternal)

Would it be possible to add a toggle shortcut function for Replay recording Start and stop as well?
(ReplayStartStopRecord)

Also, it would be neat to have an activator event for when Replay are recording or not - in the same way as Stream, Record and External)

Usage scenario:
I use an AKAI APCmini.
On this, I have 3 buttons blinking whenever Stream, Record and External are not active. When they are active, they are lit up.
I would like to add a fourth button, working in similar way, only for Replay.
