For the second time in the last couple of months we have had no audio in our stream. Master audio meters showing strong output as usual but no audio on the receiving end of the stream. Any ideas about what could cause this?

What is the "receiving end of the stream"? A CDN? How are you monitoring the audio? Is the audio present in your recording?

No audio on the recording or the stream. Turned out to be an incorrect stream setting. Audio was set at MP3 instead of AAC. I have no idea how or why that setting was changed.
