1. Return Feed Quality

Is there a way to set the return feed quality to be different for each call to minimise the bandwidth sent out or is there some server call management in place where the bandwidth used is only once and then it is split to the calls elsewhere?

2. We have found that we can not connect to a call if there is no audio source e.g. a camera with no mic. We want to use the calls for sharing remote cameras without audio but it seems like the call will no connect if there isn't an audio source linked.
