Having an issue we can not resolve: vMix call is in sync on screen. However, when recording a program, everything is in sync (cameras, etc.) EXCEPT for vMix call - which is off by 15 or more frames.

Does anyone else see this? We've tried multiple machines, etc...if vMix is in program and recorded, it is out of sync...but again, it is in sync when watching it on vMix monitor.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Go to Settings -> About and click Send Support Report and drop us an email and we can investigate.

Thanks,

Sent. Investigated a little further. Seems audio on call is natively behind 6-7 frames for some reason. Recording exacerbates it another 3-4 frames, which makes it more readily apparent to the naked eye.

P.S. put https:// in front of the attachment link I sent. Your support ticket form doesn't support sending URL's.

Thanks!
