Sorry if this has already been discussed, but if it's possible - tell us how. At many cable operators it is necessary to send a video stream problemma with reception RTMP and they ask exclusively NTTP.
Moreover - the task is to raise the NTTP server and not just create a stream for a specific address in HTTP.
Perhaps you can offer not very expensive or free software for these purposes.
Thankful in advance for the help.

Hi Murchick
sorry but it's very difficult to understand what you're asking for. Can you explain?
I think I understand you want to stream with HTTP protocol but this is not making sense. It's possible to stream with RTMP to a server which then delivers over HTTP, but I'm not sure this is what you're asking

If you are talking HLS live streaming via http protocol you need a server like wowza or nimble. There are others too but they are the ones I know and scale up to many viewers.
