We just come back from the first weekend of a big production. I noticed other camera crews have a neat trick that allows them to correct live mixing mistakes almost realtime.

They record the footage on a server, in a growing file. This growing file is ingested live into premiere, where they immediatly correct small mistakes with iso's.

I just checked how to do this with premiere, and see none of these codecs to do it is supported by vmix.

It would be great to have this option, especially for big jobs where time for delivery is limited.

This is not a HARD thing to do ! Only give the user the power to "decide" the use of certain ffmpeg flags that are "under the hood" on the Recording Setup tabs
