Looking at the replay.xml file the In and Out points are like so:

<inPoint>24552000000</inPoint>
<outPoint>24772000000</outPoint>

In vMix this replay event has an in Time @ 09:45:28.23. But how does 24552000000 = 09:45:28.23??

Any help appreciated as I need to convert these values to Date Time outside of vMix.

I think it may be the milliseconds from the start of the recording?
