Hello, I have already reached out to a couple of folks via the Premium Support list and nothing has changed...
I want to be able to receive audio phone calls during my live show, like I once did for over a few months.
#1 - I have already done this connection before, that how I know it works #2 - the connection I am referring to is from the knowledge base reference which is... "Adding Skype calls to vMix with return video and audio"
#3 - The "Skype PC" is no longer receiving the Audio, nor the video from the "MAIN PC" Please note... I am not using Skype for video, just for the audio... I only use the Video for reference.
#4 - Yes, I use Vmix call, but It's for "Guests" and I use Skype for incoming audio calls, so the audience can call in and chat with me and my guests.
#5 - I tried using only the Desktop capture going for the "SKYPE PC" To The "MAIN PC" but, I could only hear the caller, they could not hear me and yes I checked all of the setting within "Desktop Capture" too.
#6 - I have uninstall and re-install VMIX on both PC's
#7 - I have reached out to VMIX and no one word from them as yet.
#* - I need someone who could help out via a phone call, because sometimes writing out an issue, can be cumbersome.

There are a couple of tripping points here-
1) Are audio outputs ticked under External on the send PC? 2)How about " Settings -> Audio Outputs: Set the "A" bus to "Enabled" or "NDI" to enable it"
I have seen VB cable either mute or attach to the wrong input -- I would check that as well.

Someone in the US here is the link...http://www.vmix.com/purchase/resellers.aspx Although it states resellers, go down the list and it will state the various services they offer.

I have seen VB cable either mute or attach to the wrong input -- I would check that as well. Everything you asked has been checked and done. But I have great news! I found out what was wrong and I had to remove an anti-virus program that had updated on its own and caused the "Block" of the NDI and what's funny after I figured it out I got an email from Vmix instructing me to do the exact same thing, that I did :)

@ GoGo
Glad you got it resolved! As I had mentioned in an earlier thread, something must have changed (I suspected perhaps a Windows update, but you obviously discovered it was the anti-virus update). If you don't mind my asking, for the benefit of others who might have that program, what was it?

Its very strange that you could connect to an NDI instance but it blocked audio. Did it block video too? At no point do you mention issues connecting with NDi so I assume it appeared to work?
@Kane, can you weigh in on this? Its important for us to understand why this happens because we deal with some intense internal firewalls, and if it is possible to connect an NDI instance yet block audio or video it changes troubleshooting flow charts drastically for us.

I did state that I wasn't getting any video or audio.... This was my exact bulletin point "The "Skype PC" is no longer receiving the Audio, nor the video from the "MAIN PC" Please note... I am not using Skype for video, just for the audio... I only use the Video for reference." What I meant by "Video as reference" I was just adding that in so it was understood, that I didn't use skype for video, it was just so I knew that both PC'c were connected properly.
