On my desktop i run my monitor via nvidia graphics. I also have enabled the igpu and can stream via quicksync in obs. How do i get quicksync to work with vmix? When i stream with hardware acceleration it uses nvidia gpu.

I'm also interested in this feature, as Quick sync can be used together with nvidia graphics. By using it to stream/record, you end up unloading the GPU a bit.

I've been doing this with OBS (vmix external)

it'd be awesome to be able to control how I want to record as well. CQP (my favorite for recording), CBR, VBR.

Two years passed, and seems there is still no support for QSV (QuickSync) in vMix software, but NVENC seems to be present. We are setting up a backup hardware for streaming. Backup is not so powerful as main computer but have modern Intel integrated video chipset becaused as a non-profit organization we are cutting costs. So please look at open-source project (OBS) and put some effort to implement QSV support in vMix.
