I'm trying to figure out whether it is worth attempting 4K for our upcoming build and streaming setup. We currently have 2 DSLRs that we can output 4k@30fps, and would potentially add another 2 GoPros. I just spoke with BlackMagic today, and it looks like their 4K capture cards all only offer 1 input capture -with the decklink 4K Pro for example offering dual link, not offering 2 input, 2 output channels.
So... this would mean that we would need 4 separate cards, which would get quite costly quickly. Any thoughts on using the Mini Recorder 4K x 3 or 4 in one machine?
Has anyone used multiple Mini Recorder 4K cards in a single machine successfuly?
