It depends on what platform you are using it on.

With some scanning of the google you can build something up quite easily for Facebook and Twitch - Still working on Mixer (as we now have broadcasts featuring on the XBox Dashboard)

Most you can build up using the platform API and some simple coding - others require bots.

What platform you wanting to use? Simple and easy is a StrawPoll
