Audio going in and out of sync

Hey everyone!
I am having a problem with my audio going in and out of sync. I just installed an Intensity Pro capture card. When I record (AVI), the audio seems to go in and out of sync. Sometimes it seems to be ahead, sometimes behind and sometimes right on. I am going in HDMI and audio is coming in via SPDIF optical. Here is the YouTube link to an example. Watch the beginning of the clip and then forward to around 23:00 and you will see the difference. Then its back in sync back around 30:00
I have an integrated graphics card.
Windows 7 64bit
6gb of ram
Quad core something.

This will likely be the same cause as in the other thread (integrated graphics)
If the graphics card is unable to keep up then vMix will have to constantly resync audio and video.
