Hi there
Just wondering if anyone knows if the new UltraStudio HD Mini with Thunderbolt 3 is full duplex
would like to use the SDI in and out with vMIX at the same time.

I'd be curious to know this too... However, TB devices from BMD usually don't...

Martin UltraStudio HD Mini with Thunderbolt 3 is full duplex. You can use a program out from the main switcher going to SDI input and put graphics over it from vMix Title going to SDI/HDMI out.
