when doing a live show it would be nice to be able to have a separate person handle the lower 3rd changes and updates if it's a show where the titles need updating or generating on the fly during the show. separate like maybe a web browser based option so the main production person doesn't has to think about it or hand over the keyboard to someone to update it.

That's exactly what vMix UTC is made for:
- be able to manage titles content, on the fly or from datasources
- be able to manage titles display on air in the production
