I have tried re registering with no luck. I need this for Sunday morning Broadcast. Any help would be wonderful!!!!

The fix is either reinstall windows from scratch or perform a system restore..

I had this happen and had to restore my system back to 4/22/2020

it went back one vmix version and the problem is resolved....

even reupdated vmix and now it is still working..

Appernetly something gets corrupted in vmix's registration security check..

Other things I tried that didn't work was:

Creating a new admin user,

unistalling vmix and reinstalling it with a reboot inbetween and after.

running windows repair utilities such as iobit, pc mechanic and several ohers that all reported they repaired issues..

Shutting down the firewall

placing the system into the DMZ zone of my router inorder to ensure bypassing any fhardware firewalls..

system restore to a point before the last vmix upgrade is what fixed it...

And of course reinstalling windows from scratch would have also...
