So how do I add more inputs that are not sharing the same audio line?....

I have the Behringer QX222USB 24-Input 4/2-Bus Mixer. When I connect it to Vmix it appears that each mic input runs on the same line.

I have also tried connecting my mixer through Asio4All and it will only allow me to add just two mic inputs.

Hopefully there is a solution because, sometimes depending on how many people I have in my live audience, I may need 4-8 Mic inputs.

Because it's just a 2 x 2 channel USB interface built in. The two channels from the mixer into your PC are the main mix left and right. No chance to have more or dedicated channel outputs via USB with this mixer.
But I don't get your problem. Just connect your 4-8 mics and you'll have them all on the main mix going to vMix. Control the levels on the mixer. No need for single inputs for each mic in vMix.
In case you really need or want this, use another mixer or interface with multichannel outputs on USB.
