Hello ALL,

i'm using vMIX as breaks and reports playback station on out on Air studio . Everything is working just well .Except , some time we need to play some videos in slow motion and we need to be able to rewind and go forward in different speeds . we was shocked that we can not do this using the with a keyboard .So, we start use the mouse to navigate through the video . which is really hard and time consuming .now we bought a Contour ShuttlePRO v2 controller wishing it would solve this problem .However, we find that all the buttons are configurable except the shuttle wheel and the Jog .

i note that in the manual , the software is making a good use of all buttons of the controller including the shuttle and the jog.

we don't use Instant Replay feature ,so that the Instant Replay controls (-ReplayA- to -ReplayO-) doesn't work in our case.

is there anyway to use the controller shuttle wheel and the Jog to navigate through the videos just like JKL in Final Cut pro or any video deck ?

Thanks IceStream for your valuable information . However, all the discussions are about how you can use the controller in the InstantRelplay neglecting that the software has a lot of other features that can use the same settings .

is there any way to at least use the control option that is used in instant Replay (which is not perfect for me as i can not use the shuttle as in NLE), to the other parts of the software .

why do i need to understand this part of the manual and i can not make:

"Contour Design ShuttlePROv2

Shortcuts can be assigned to any button on the ShuttlePROv2.
The shuttle/jog wheel is reserved exclusively for use with Instant Replay."
