Good evening. I'm here to ask, if it can be done, a video delay option. It is possible to have video delay for a video input from a file (no camera) and / or web browser.

We often get to play football matches with cameras and then send them in delay. Or it is also possible to broadcast with the only camera from the gaming fields on youtue or ustream, which we use as a link to the studios where we then add the graphics, but where we can not replay because we can not make the web input Browser. In this regard, the option would also be useful on Stream input. Clearly the request does not extend it to "instant replay" I suppose it is more complicated, but having it for video delay would be a good thing. Sorry for my English

Still not clear to me how or why such a delay on a Browser or Video Input is useful...
Is it not feasible to use the "Output" as the delay source?
(save to file those segments for later playback, I do this all the time as a substitute for "Instant Replay" highlights)

I could use "output" but in "output" I have logos, timers and all the graphics
