Hi Zetor
just to make it clearer, are you supposed to do this over the internet or simply on a local network ?
Because I'm not sure SPTS multicast can be done over the internet with standard routers or without a VPN.
To answer your question, no you can't do this with vMix only, but you can use vMix for the production with a 1080i50 preset (without deinterlace). Then use EXTERNAL out to feed an external encoder like FFMPEG or VLC with for MPEG2/TS UDP or TCP.
Ask this TV channel if their contribution receiver supports Unicast over UDP or TCP because Multicast is unlikely to be an option over the internet. Maybe they also support other transport protocols.
