I was just doing a call with @mjgraves testing out some audio issues I was having and it would not let him select what resolution to send. There was plenty of bandwidth on his end as we changed from using it through just the web browser to using it through vmix and it sent it at 1920x1080. This also happened the first time I tried with vmixcall. And everytime you select the camera selection button in the address bar it logs off. Is there a way to at least select so that it shows up in the correct aspect ratio? Isn't there a place in the code to select top and bottom so at least it will try the higher resolutions first? Potimus attached the following image(s): vMix Capture 25 May 2017 12-21-41.png (2,130kb) downloaded 11 time(s). vMix Capture 25 May 2017 12-22-02.png (2,471kb) downloaded 5 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Yes, for some odd reason my browser-based (Chrome 59 beta) connection to the vMix Call was always 640x480 (4:3)
The sources were Logitech C922 and Brio.
The only way to achieve 720p30 was for me to launch vMix locally, forcing the camera settings and using External as the video source for the vMix Call.
I think that the client side of the vMix Call could use some refinement. For example, the ability to switch devices without disconnecting. This is now commonplace in many webrtc services. It addresses the fact that the "guests" are often less technically skilled, and need things to be simple.
