Just discovered vMix; 60 day trial not working

I just discovered vMix, seems to be extremely powerful for the money and would like to test it out for the corporate event industry. However, when I try to activate the 60 day trial, I receive the Key has expired error. I can sign up for free basic, but that was after I failed to activate the 60 day trial in an effort to try a different route to activate the trial.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
