Hi, folks.

I have used vMix for what .. give or take five years to produce multicam livestreams for my clients. I know the software like my own pockets, and simply put - I am fundamentally attached to it.

Now, I am facing a new problem. I have been testing Arma 3 recording and streaming, but the game is exceptionally demanding on CPU mostly, and my company's current economical situation forces me to use another computer for capture.

I haven't used NDI so far, but it seems to work fine in regards to the game. The problem is my own voice from Logitech G910, that connects via usb. Push-to-talk feature is an absolute requirement.

Any ideas?

Best regards,

JT from Helsinki

Hi

did you try with NDI Connect from Newtek ?

Also you could check Voicemeeter, a virtual audio mixer : http://vb-audio.pagesper...fr/Voicemeeter/index.htm

Another option is Dante Via (which is an audio over network system) : https://www.audinate.com...ducts/software/dante-via

I've used VoiceMeeter a lot. It has a feature called VBAN, which allows multiple instances of the app to be interconnected over a network.

I've used this to connected a USB headset to my laptop computer, but send audio to/from my desktop vMix system.

The audio is not compressed or delayed in any substantial way.

@ PVP

Do you mean the Logitech C910 webcam, because the G910 is a Keyboard (and I am somewhat confused as to the issue)?

Also, keep in mind that NDI is also CPU intensive, although, by the sounds of it, the game is on one computer and vMix the other.
My understanding or interpretation from your above description is that you are getting unwanted audio from the C910 webcam which does not have a "Push-to-Talk" feature (AFAIK).
The other interpretation I have is that you would like to use the Volume control on the G910 Keyboard...
Or possibly you are referring to the "Somic G910 Gaming Headset".

Can you clarify?
