On pressing the main settings button (top right of vmix), after a few seconds vmix goes "Not Responding", windows won't let me Ctrl Alt Del, can't click task bar, start menu etc. However the mouse can be moved around as normal, and the SDI video inputs continue to display fine. Only way to get out is force shut down the laptop.

I'm still trying to reliably recreate this, currently it seems random but there has got to be something causing it. Posting here in case anyone else is experiencing the same, or can offer me any suggestions.

Hardware:
Dell XPS 15 9550, i7 6700HQ, GTX 960M.
Sonnet Echo Express SE I (Thunderbolt 3 PCIe Enclosure)
Blackmagic Decklink Quad
Windows and all drivers up to date, with exception of the Creators Update.
A typical project running all camera inputs, a NDI capture, graphics, external output, recording and streaming, tends to rest at 40% CPU, 30% GPU, plenty of ram free, temp of 55C.

Known conditions:
- vmix must have been running for at least 20 minutes
- must have SDI inputs active
- Happens regardless of streaming / recording active or not.
- vmix operates perfectly, recording, streaming, switching inputs etc... It just falls over when hit settings.

Next:
I've got a bunch of USB devices which I'll remove one by one and re test: Audio device, GBe, Tally lights, external SSD, mouse.

Grateful for any suggestions.

Thanks
Andrew

Offending device was the sound input.

USB device in the A&H ZED 10

Swapped it out for a separate USB sound device, no more crashes :)

Hope this helps someone from the future.
