I'm not sure I understand your question.

The recommended encoder for RTMP in vMix is FFMPEG

Pretty sure flash media live encoder is end of life. Ffmpeg works well. Otherwise you can use and encoder box. Like vidiu or many other h.264 hardware encoders.
