I am having problems with audio being too low and then my screen gets stuck.

Hi Everyone. I am having an audio problem. I have been using VMix for about 30 days now. I just updated to the 19.0.0.46 when this started. I am using the Audio-Technica ATR 2100. I am streaming to FB LIVE & YT LIVE. However, when my screen gets stuck, I cannot go beyond that stage. It is probably a very simple problem. What do you think.?

Also include information on your PC, like CPU model, amount of RAM, model # of graphics card, are you using a camera (what kind)(how connected to your PC), the stream settings when you were streaming to FB & YT, and your internet uplink speed. Most likely the answer in in those details. Cheers! - Tom
