vMix as an arena scoreboard

Hello all! Has anyone had experience using vMix in this manner? We have a four sided video wall over center ice, and are unhappy with our current scoreboard software. Considering the reputation and the price points, vMix is high on my list. We have a Daktronics controller and are still looking for a "translator" between the controller and CG software.
Some considerations I have: 1. Ability to have a running clock that can be start/stopped via the controller? 2. Automated ad rotations?

@ TriCityStorm What is the nature of the current software you are using? Have you looked into the Sportzcast ScoreBot? http://sportzcast.us/scorebot/Certainly vMix offers a lot of possibilities for your video walls and if you can integrate the Daktronics data with the ScoreBot into vMix then I would think you are laughing... Ice Hi Ice! My current software is "Renewed Vision's ProPresenter Scoreboard". The features advertised fit exactly what we need, however, the software is buggy and crashes a lot. My blood pressure can't handle anymore screen blackouts in the middle of a game! The other issue, is that the software does not cover enough sports for our needs. We need hockey, football, and basketball. Whether I choose the AllSportCG, or SportzCast Scorebot, I can only have 2/3.

Quite a number of venues use vMix for this purpose. Please download the 60 day trial and experiment. If you need advice and help there are many on this board who can provide it, both in the US and os. PM me if you have particular questions. Andrew
