Hello

Trying to use vMix on an x86 system (the 32 bit version of vMix) but after adding .Mov video file it asks me to install QuickTime 7.6
After installing QuickTime 7.6 I can import the .Mov file to vMix but vMix becomes unstable after the import. The whole screen freezes and I cant play the mov in vMix.

On x64 everythink is working fine.

Any suggestions?

Abandon Quicktime. Convert the MOV to a file type that's more current and routinely used in vMix, like MP4.

My .mov are transparent I have alpha chanels. I think I can not use the MP4 as transparent overlays in vmix.
Could you suggest a format I could render the Movs to still being transparent?

Marin,
This is what vMix Knowledge base says about Playing QuickTime files in vMix. In other words, seems it says that the 32 bit version is unsupported.

Open the mov file in a video editor that allows you to export as an image sequence, and use it in vmix as an image sequence with transparent PNG images.
