I finally decided to incorporate NDI into my live streaming work flow...

I downloaded the Newtek NDI (Connect) onto my second laptop (Acer Aspire R5-571TG Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500 CPU) Windows 10

I opened the NDI app and when I clicked on the output clog and clicked on the video source none of the webcams, capture cards, etc is showing up in the drop down menu in NDI, even when I clicked on the system config no audio options to choose from. I did everything I could think of possible (i.e uninstall, re-install, reboot,) and yet I still none of the above mentioned items appear in the NDI configure channel.

Has anyone had this problem and was able to figure out how to get NDI to recognize the video and audio sources?

better click the input cog to see your potential sources.
NDIConnect is made to convert to NDI

Might there be some firewall/antivirus blocking access?

@GoGo

You mentioned in another post (Logitech c920) that you have two laptops with vMix on them. Do both have the own license key?

If they do, you don't need NewTek NDI Connect. Simply use the NDI built into vMix.
