Update to issue, I noticed after doing some more tests that it only happened when the resolution did not match. I was testing with my phone and held the phone horizontal at first and it did not flash, when i turned it the flashing came back. What could be the issue? Let me know what info you need.

@ JamesMNO

Which screen are you referring to?
Pertinent info may be computer specs, vMix settings, internet connection, browser, smartphone model and the like depending on where the flashing is actually happening...

I have exactly the same problem. Joined a vMix Call today, everything was working fine. Suddenly my image (on the other side) was frozen, not on my side. Deleted the input, made a new call (new number) but my external screen started to flash like crazy. Rebooted laptop, fresh vMix project, but nope. I have an Asus with a GTX1070. Too tired to investigate it further now. I'll try tomorrow without external screen to see if that solves it. I'll keep you posted.

Well, at my side after a lot of verifying different settings, it wasn't a vMix Call problem at all.

In the end it was a setting of my Blackmagic Ultrastudio Mini Recorder that caused the flickering. When I unticked 1080PsF on, eveything was working again; Sorry vMix...
