Hello we want to upgrade using a registration key registered to an initial email . I Already paid 60 euros for upgrading using a different email but as i was trying to log in using key it shows me "This key is restricted to logging in with an email and password only." . i cannot login to my acount to change the email address or just leave the same email as it was to use vmix.

i tryed to comunicate for support but there is no answer. Is there something i can do for enable activation ?

The registration has been protected for not using registration key only . If you did register originally and changed it to the protection ( only the one initially registration can do that ) than you should be able to access with the original email and password unless someone else made the registration ( and account). once in your accont you can change the email too.
What happens when you register through the "about"in vMix ?

when im loggin with the initial email it shows me :

There are currently no Product Keys under this email address.
To add a Product Key to this account:

1. Logout
2. Login using the Product Key
3. Change the Email Address under Change Registered Email

i cannot find anywhere the "Change the Email Address under Change Registered Email"

BTW how long ago did you ask support ? (Australia is in different timezone)

Why used multiple emails ? *the upgrade is related to you purchase email

Have you tried with the original key ? (for the account)

Have you tried changing the (upgrade) key within vMix first?


Guess one can only change email when changed to login in with email (not sure)

If you already paid, then that payment should've been accompanied by a new key.

Are you referring to the new key or the old key? The only key that matters is the new key.

Yes, because when you upgrade, your old key is revoked and a new key is issued.

Since you upgraded with a new email, I would assume that it'd tie that new key to the new email.

hello i got an email support and i checked that the key was refered to an old email and i found it. So now everything works ok . thank you for the support
