vMix 23 Countdown Timer Font with Outline or Drop Shadow?

I'm running vMix 23 at a non-profit organization for their online broadcast (Windows 10 PC).
They run a countdown timer over their announcements MP4 loop and I'm kind of frustrated with the lack of being able to add an outline or drop shadow to the font that is used in the countdown timer. What are some recommended methods of adding something like and outline or drop shadow to the count down timer numerals when the timer is multi-viewed with a video backdrop. I can't get the timer numerals to 'POP' or distinctly "STAND OUT" over the video backdrop.
This is kind of frustrating. Any ideas would be appreciated.

It's been about a year since I've been on 23, but, as far as I recall, any title design can be used as a countdown timer. The design of the font is independent of the function, and, as such, you aren't limited to just the titles found in the "Timer" section.
All you'd need to do is create a title with the look you want in GT Title Designer, or use a premade one, then designate it as a countdown timer.
