vMix Social (Facebook) Missing posts?

As the title says really, been using the latest version with vMix Social (Facebook) and we are seing some missing posts Not sure of this will work in this forum system but a screeny is @ https://www.dropbox.com/...5evo528/missing.png?dl=0MrKrotos attached the following image(s):  missing.png (263kb) downloaded 25 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. It could simply be down to "special" chars, not knowing how vMix developers catch these in their code makes it tricky to work out.

fb has stopped letting you pull names and profile pictures from videos that aren't yours, are you pulling from a video on a page that's owned by the account you used to log in?

Yes, it pulls in all the other comments from the same live video (same account as logged in with in vMix Social) and there seems to be no pattern.

id put it down to privacy settings as they have changed things on Facebook's side with regards to what your allowed to pull from the live comments

No it cant be that as most of the comments from the same live video and the same user saying them work fine.
Its just happening to about 1 in 20 messages/posts.
This seems like an issue with the way vMix collects these comments, does anyone know how these are stored locally in vMix?

I've been having this problem for the past few months. When I view the Facebook messages in vmix social, the only comments I can view and actually send to vmix, are the comments made by the page I'm streaming from. All other comments show the actual text but no profile pic and when I try to send it to vmix it will not send. I've tried updating windows, vmix is up to date. I'm an admin of the page as well.

there seems to be another problem at FB Side (API Changes) at this moment. we can see the posts in Web Browser but it does not appear to our social lower 3rds.

We are using vMix - 20.0.0.55 x64
We are having some serious issues with vMix Social (Facebook). The web-browser correctly pulls in all the live comments from our Facebook live video however we cannot get it to show up in the vMix Social lower third title... The only comments that we can get to show in the vMix lower third title are the ones we post as the admin/owner for the FB page.
From the View Log:
Error | ImageDownload | Parameter is not valid
Error | Send | The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error
Need an urgent fix!! Have a another live stream to do in 24hrs or so ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

This means the FromPhoto was assigned to a text field in your title template by mistake, it can only be assigned to an image field.
On our social templates this will be labelled FromPhoto.

Hi Dear.
I am facing also the problem of not showing all the comments during our live video. It has shown some of the comments and we cannot set the pattern in vMix Social. As I have streamed video from my Facebook Public Page (I am the admin) through Camera and after login into vMix Social Media. Select the Post and show comments in localhost or Webbrowser. It will start displaying comments in the Vmix Social localhost browser windows.
But what I have faced is that selective comments are showing. Not all comments are showing as displayed on the Facebook Page. I need support in this regard. Please... Help Me to resolve this issue.

Hello, I have the same problem, the social vmix worked fine and suddenly it stopped showing 95% of the comments.
When I finish the live they start appearing on the vmix social web platform
