I'm setting up a configuration to use one of my v-Mix systems as a play back media server for a show. This show utilizes a Ross Video broadcast production switcher (vision mixer). The full production system configuration requires system reference for all sources, including the v-mix outputs. I'm using an AJA-IO4K to get media out of v-Mix. The IO4K has an external reference input. This works and can be configured with the AJA control panel. The IO4K has system reference on internal test pattern. When I turn on the external outputs for v-Mix, the IO4K switches to free run on the reference input and it can't be switched back to external reference in. The result is that the video output from v-mix is not in production system sync.
Has anyone experienced this issue, and found a solution?
