Its so strange that we only have 16-bit audio support. 32-bit is practically useless since all forms of recording and stuff stop working. Most digital audio has been 48khz/24-bit since the dawn of time, why not in vmix? Almost every vst plugin works on at least 24bit.
Seems like a decent improvement and easy to implement for the audio folks

Seems like a decent improvement and easy to implement for the audio folks I agree here. Especially since with we do a lot of audio over Dante and the QL series only supports 24 or 32 Bit. And since 32 Bit is not feasible with most codecs.. please give us 24 Bit Audio.

Great mixer really like the CL and QL lines. We use a lot of Dante as well, next to the consoles also stuff like the ULX_D wireless. NDI video and Dante audio all in the same network (separated with vlan) Dante has a 32bit mode but this is integer because all Asio transport is integer. Vmix only does 32bit Float and is there for incompatible.

+1
24 bit audio has wide support at this point and is preferable over 16 bit for things like recording, while not using as large of file sizes or running into the same support limitations as 32 bit float.
The dynamic range of 16 bit audio is below what most digital audio interfaces are capable of (especially at the high end) meaning that detail can be lost.
Since recording is my primary focus (I got 4K mainly for the Multicorder), I had to switch to 32 bit float in order to preserve the full dynamic range in my recordings.
24 bit audio would provide a nice compromise of still preserving the full dynamic range of my original audio for editing without the increased file sizes or compatibility issues of 32 bit float.

+++++ Please 24 bits. Really doesn't make sense that the most widely used audio bit depth is not present on vMix
