When it comes to exposure, the Black and White Stretch are great. However sometimes a Shadow/Highlights effect works better than brightness/contrast. This would work the same as in Photoshop or Premiere. Not sure if that is possible in real time but that would be really handy!

Here is a before and after example of the effect I am talking about. Notice how the brightness and color of the black background doesn't change drastically as it often does when turning up the brightness. Thanks for all you guys do Martin!
