The image slide controller needs improvement.

Issues:
Thumbnails are too small to read slide text
It is not obvious which the current slide is.

Improvements:
Make thumbnails auto-fit the whole resizable window so text can be read.
Make it more obvious which the current slide is by increasing the border thickness and making the border colour more strikingly different.
