I saw the Feature Request that was implemented to print recorded and multi-recorded files with timecode. That got me thinking about the reverse and using timecode specific marker points for playback.

Is it possible to use timecode for specific playback Mark In & Out Points? I know I can Mark the In and Out using sliders of the video file.
Could timecode be used instead of sliders? Are there limitations based on filetype and compression formats for how accurate you can be? As an example a motion jpeg file could be frame accurate with timecode because of individual jpeg's BUT an mpeg-4(AVHCD) File might have to many intraframe dependencies for frame accuracy.
