Hello
Iam trying to make a call and i get the following message
GenerateKey.GenerateKey
The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
Does anybody knows something about this

Hi,

This error means the vMix is license is no longer valid.
If you have recently upgraded your license key, double check to make sure you are using the new key in Settings -> About

The license is updated from Hd to 4K. I will check if the key is the right one

je tente de passer un appel et j'obtiens le message suivant

GenerateKey.GenerateKey
Le serveur distant a renvoyé une erreur: (403) Interdit.

alors que ma nouvelle licence est à jour

j'ai verifié la clé elle est correcte Merci

Est-ce que quelqu'un sait quelque chose à propos de cette erreur
j'ai besoin d'aide svp !
