We like the ability to establish Inputs or scenes in vMix using the PTZ "Create Input at this Position" function. In fact, we create these Inputs in a storyboard fashion so a volunteer simply points/clicks/fades to livestream our weekly worship service. Today, each scene is created using either the on-screen PTZ controls in vMix or we use our Superjoy control surface to set the camera position.. Once the camera is set using either method, we tap "Create Input at this Position".

The two methods work great when setting up the Input...however, as is typical, something changes on stage and the preset camera position is not quite right. This is identified when in Preview, but when we use the Superjoy to adjust the camera position, vMix overrides the adjustment when the Input moves into production/output. What we'd like to do is ONLY apply vMix PTZ position when the Input moves into Preview and NOT apply vMix PTZ position when the Preview moves into production/output, thus allowing last minute adjustments using an external control surface.

This could be set as an on/off option in vMix Settings, allowing those who want, to have vMix PTZ settings applied when a Preview moves into production/output...or not.
