Hi there! Replaced my trusty Zoom H6 with Revelator io24 interface. I cannot figure out why I'm getting echo even though Mute Headphones is ON. There IS a loopback feature with the io24?? Not sure if that's it.

There is echo on recordings as well.

I use Vmix as External for Zoom Meetings etc and worked fine with H6 with the two virtual cables, BusA out to Meetings etc.

The echoes extra bad when I toggle BusA on.

Nothing has changed in Vmix for Bus and routing outside of the interface swap.

Any ideas?

Start slow and add one input after the other or mute/unmute. When the issue starts you know what source that is from. Then check what is causing it and what stops it. If the device has a loop function inside you have to fix it at the device level and not vMix.
