Technical Probel with Capturing Audio

Dear Forum Members,
i am using a AJA U TAP HDMI Capture Card, i see the video but no audio comes into the VMIX Computer.
It has Lock, Power and Status LEDs OK.
Even if i take the U-TAP as a AUdio Only Input it does not work.
Another Computer does the same. No Audio arrives in the VMIX PC.
All the other Inputs via SDI have Audio from the cameras working.
Did anyone have the same issue with maybe another Capture Card?

Is your HDMI signal coming from a camera ? It sounds like you might not have audio on the feed itself.. You might want to test it by plugging the feed into a TV Monitor to confirm the audio signal.

Hi Raugert, i tryed two Macs and a Windows PC. THe feed ist always turned on on the devices. The PC and the Macs show the U Tap as Output Device in the system Settings ?? No idea why it does not come to VMIX but Video does.
