Here is my plan Diagramn

I am looking for advice as in, don't do this, or maybe think about this etc.

Main hub is to control all remote sites. There can be multiple remote sites. The remote site will contain 2 cameras and the video that is setup at the Main Hub will be presented at the remote site via the projector

Any advice is truly appreciated!

I do similar stuff, so say to you "go for it!" I have a 3 cam shoot in a studio on the other side of the country this weekend, yet switching it all here. lots of ways to do this...

vmix (basicHD sufficient) at remote sites - using vMixCall to send/receive video between sites, something like companion or the vmix web interface to control the remote copy.

SRT cams/return video individually between sites, although differing latencies on each SRT path can spoil that plan. Matrox and HaiVison all make synchronized input encoders (big$$) or several cams have SRT encoders with embedded TC you can sync before coming into vMix.

I'm sure there are a lot of other ideas floating around the interwebs to do this.
