Hey everyone! I'm back again with another teams NDI question. Thanks for all the help with the last one.

I'm running teams NDI into vMix. I have 5 remote callers + screenshare. Everything works fine until you screenshare and it moves the callers into the boxes at the bottom of the call in teams. Occasionally a callers box will disappear on teams and then the NDI connection for that caller will also drop out. It's not specific to once caller, it seems to be the person who hasn't spoken the longest.

Any suggestions or work arounds for this? https://19216811.cam/

Thanks!

Hello,

First, Make sure the remote caller didn't cut his webcam.
Then to avoid some views to be replaced by Teams Logo, try to pin all the callers video in teams. I was told it force teams to keep the video "channel" up for these callers.

with the newer releases of the Teams client I've seen the same issue.
I'm now using max 3 NDI streams from teams.

So 2 remote presenters and desktop share on the first computer (and the 2 presenters are pinned)
3 remote presenters (same meeting) pinned on the second PC.
if I need more remote presenters I will setup more computers that will join the same teams meeting and pin them.
