What to look for in a switch for NDI production beside the "basic" parameters?

Hi, to give you a context: We've been using Aruba 2530 24G (J9776A) as a main switch and TP-LINK TL-SG108 as an aditional switch (for prodution monitoring TVs) in our office/studio. We're using that for NDI production with vMix 4K, BirdDog 4K QUAD, and three 4K Apple TVs with Sienna Monitor app.
Recently we've been looking for a possible replacement for the TP-LINK TL-SG108 to be mostly used for production outside the studio. We can't move the Aruba switch since the whole office runs on it. We're okay with 8 LAN ports on the TP-Link and the switching power of 16 Gb/s also seems okay since we "only" run 2 4K NDI streams from the BirdDog and three 4K NDI streems to the Apple TVs...
Is there any other parameter we should look for in the replacement switch? We don't need a managed switch and we haven't had any particular problems with the TP-Link switch, but it seems kinnda odd that a switch in this price range would perform that well for such a robust operation. Our goal is not to replace the TP-Link at all costs, but to find out if it's a good idea to still use it for a more demanding use. (since it's been only used for the mentioned monitoring TVs in our studio)
I'm aware of the NetGear AV Line M4250 switches but it seems that since we don't really need the management features on the switch and that's the only thing that seems to make that line expensive, that it's not worth it for us to buy for exapmple the AV Line M4250-12M2XF switch since it seems that the only upgrade we would actually use is that is's 2.5Gbit...
Thank you for your answers/opinions! :)
