Using the same setup and settings as last week, this week YouTube is showing us a lot of low video bandwidth errors. Stream 1 is Facebook and we use the same encoding for Stream 2 to YouTube while recording is a higher quality encoding. Same issue if I just do a test YouTube stream even without recording. The reason it appears to be an error is that it seems to stream fine on the other end, playback also appears fine. An internet speed test on the same computer shows we get the full speed (150/50 Mbps) and Facebook showed no issues either.
