How to auto step to next GT Title Page?

Hello @All,

i have a gt title and want to automatical step to page 1, 2, 3, ... after transition in. How can i do this?

1. transition in
2. step to Page1
3. after 5 secs step to Page2
4. after 5 secs step to Page3
5. ...
n. step back to Page1
n+ after 5 secs step to Page2
... (loop until transition out)

@ all

Set up Triggers with the function "NextItem".
This will advance through sequential "Pages" in the Title.

But, AFAIK, you wont be able to "loop" such an effect.

Believe to Page visibility etc is set with the SetTextVisible shortcut/command


There seem to be an issue though : if the pages are set to invisible at transition in (Title designer) , the shortcuts dont seem to respond correctly during title overlayed but one can set them on visible off prior to displaying (triggers) and then action on your timed triggers


If you want to loop i suggest you use a script


AN image sequence might be more beneficial if its going to loop constantly

Yes, I think it is a good project to learn some basic scripting! Look for the "Scripting for Dummies" post for some loop examples.

The shortcut function in question should be "TitleBeginAnimation".
