What missing?

Only One SDI Input is active instead of the Two SDI Input.
Kindly tell me what am missing.

I am not familiar with this card but I suspect when it says dual channel, it is referring to 3D input (left and right) not 2 separate SDI inputs. Just a guess, but there is no indication in the description that it is a 2 input capture card.
