I'm having an issue with the replacement T-Bar in my X-Keys 124, recently had to replace the T-Bar due to the top part of handle breaking and they sent me a new part which was very easy to install but It's not working correctly in vMix. When transitioning from top to bottom the fade works correctly but when transitioning from bottom to top the image doesn't dissolve completely leaving a ghost image of whatever was in program out. I've tried removing the short and recreating it but this doesn't work thinking it's a software calibration issue. Any ideas ? Hoping someone else has had this occur and had a quick answer for me.
