I have a particular Video Input file provided by our client. When we transition the file live, it will play properly. However pressing any transition key to bring the preview live has a long delay before the transition happens. We have tested this repeatedly and behaviour is highly repeatable.

Looking further at the file, we realised that it was running at 25fps as opposed to a system 29.97fps. So we Handbrake re-encoded it to a new file at 30fps to match the canvas but still no luck. Any transition to the preview input takes any where from 3-8s for the transition to actually happen after pressing the fade button. We have tested this in the middle of the video input playback or at the end of the video playback, same behavior. The video ends with the last visual frame with the time bar at 0s remaining, the whole system will appear to freeze for a few seconds while we repeatedly press the fade button then the fade will happen. No other file in the entire show has this issue and this applies to any other input in the preview window.

Anybody else has faced this issue and/or anyone have any pointers towards fixing this issue? Driving me crazy trying to figure out why!
